Our company is looking for experienced call center sales agents in Islamabad. The agents will be making calls to the US and Canada.
We do not provide scripts to agents, rather we prefer that our agents communicate with customers, understand their concerns and provide the best solution. Therefore the agent's communication skills will matter.
- Minimum 1 year experience is required
- Fluent in speaking english
- Create leads, manage CRM and follow-up on leads
- Good communication and convincing skills
Basic Salary Rs: 30,000
Plus 20% commission per sale
Our average sale price is $500. So if you sell 2 products per month then you can make $1000.
Commission will be paid in dollar value as follows:
If you make $1000 sales per month then
Your commission is: 20% of $1000 = $200
Total Salary: $200 + Rs:30,000
