We are looking for Administration Officer to supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Individual will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Organize and supervise other office activities
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Preferably with Army Background or retired Army Officer.
