- The job includes talking through WhatsApp + Facebook Chat with our customers Chat with multiple customers on Facebook and WhatsApp with customers to give them complete product information Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand. Answer all their questions.
- Make conversation with them.Handle multiple customers` all types of customer queries and complaints on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
- Note down itemised customer orders Handle all customer queries and tell them the status of their order Forward customer orders to the dispatch team
- Prompt handling of all customer queries
- Give them information about payment and delivery.Be courteous and detail-oriented in giving all product options to customers
- Requirements:Good written and verbal communication
- Strong in using mobile phone and desktop computer
- Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
