Looking for IT Assistants to provide network and desktop administrative support. This position reports to IT Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications, networks, printers and scanners.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and resolve hardware or software faults.
- Knowledge of Hardware /software based Firewalls
- Knowledge of Servers and settings
- Troubleshooting Network and Hardware problems of CCTV and DVR.
- Assist in maintaining Internet service (LANs,WANs) firewalls, and telephone systems.
- Provide IT related technical support, setup of computers, printers, multifunction devices. Providing daily support for computer network users.
- Assistance in regular data backup.
