COTTON AND SILK seeks IT Assistants to provide network and desktop administrative support. This position reports to IT Officer.
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications, networks, printers and scanners.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and resolve hardware or software faults.
Knowledge of Hardware /software based Firewalls
Knowledge of Servers and settings
Troubleshooting Network and Hardware problems of CCTV and DVR.
Assist in maintaining Internet service (LANs,WANs) firewalls, and telephone systems.
Provide IT related technical support, setup of computers, printers, multifunction devices. Providing daily support for computer network users.
Assistance in regular data backup.
