Lead MMC

Cotton Web Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead MMC to oversee our Material Management and Inventory Control processes. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, as well as the ability to manage a team of five dedicated professionals. The Lead MMC will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, coupled with 57 years of relevant experience in the textile or manufacturing sector. This position calls for exceptional project management and communication skills, ensuring that our material management strategies align with the overall objectives of the company.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for material management and inventory control that align with company goals.
Conduct thorough data analysis and market research to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize SWOT Analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to inventory management.
Lead and manage a team of five professionals, providing direction, mentoring, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
Monitor inventory levels and control costs by forecasting demand, managing supply chain logistics, and implementing inventory turnover strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials management into the overall business workflow.
Prepare and present detailed reports and data visualizations to communicate inventory status, opportunities, and challenges to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all material management processes.
Identify and implement best practices in project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory control procedures.
Serve as a primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding material management and inventory issues.
