- Evaluate the requisition for recruitment and give recommendation to the immediate supervisor for approval / disapproval, as per the Strategic HR plan
- Facilitate the immediate supervisor in taking decision on internal / external hiring, in collaboration with the line manager
- In case of internal hiring, identify successor for the person to be moved to the new position, in consultation with the line managers, and then make proper transition
- In case of external hiring, facilitate the immediate supervisor in deciding on the mode of hiring, i.e. through print media or head hunter
- Review all the shortlisted CVs for the required positions and then conduct the initial interviews
- Finalize the candidates for further processing and share the information with the immediate supervisor and then with the relevant line manager, before further progressing with the recruitment process.
- Assist the immediate supervisor in conducting final screening of candidate for strategic positions, in collaboration with the line manager
- Process the company offer to the finalized candidate
