Effective Customer Liaison to ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled
1- Ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled
2- Ensure that OTIF (On time In Full) commitment with the customer is honored
3- Collect and compile data pertaining to customer complaints and suggest appropriate corrective actions within the relevant work domain, after consultation with the immediate supervisor.
4- Follow up the customer complaints and the approved rectification plan and resolve it within the defined time frame
5- Ensure timely dispatch and approval of production sample to the customer prior to sending the shipment
6- Ensure on-time sampling for bulk approval with sampling department
7- Follow up with the in-house Planning and Export department to ensure timely booking of the consignment with the forwarder
8- Ensure timely submission of all the relevant documents, initial costing etc., to the in-house Exports department for timely export of the shipment
Ensure consistent coordination and follow up with production to meet customer requirements and timelines
1- Ensure that the activities are carried out according to the approved Time & Action Plan
2- Prepare “Sales Contracts” / “Performa Invoices” and seek approval from the Manager Marketing
3- Coordination with the customer with regards to approvals for samples and trims
4- Timely data entry of trims and fabric in the ERP system, as per the Time & Action Plan
5- Follow up the initial consumption of production material from Fabric and MMC department and ensure the timely data entry in the ERP system
6- Participate in the daily meeting and discuss the current day targets and review the targets of the previous day
KPI MANAGEMENT
1- KPIs will be measured based on MCL dates, on time approvals and on time handovers vis-à-vis the Time and Action Plan
2- Ensure that conducive environment is available for the employees to obtain their KPIs
