- Development of pattern as per approved sample within given time line.
- Maintain the track record in system during sampling and development.
- Ensure LSF test on each fabric before starting sampling and maintain record.
- Ensure size wise grading of pattern at sampling stage.
- Ensure all sampling must fulfill the customer requirement and production feasibility.
- Ensure PCR proceeding with size wise pattern.
- Review the PCR results as per approved standards.
- Ensure that the dummies are processed in advance of starting the production.
