Effective Customer Liaison to ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled
Ensure that OTIF (On time In Full) commitment with the customer is honored
Ensure timely booking of the consignment with the forwarder in coordination with the in-house Planning and Export department
Manage the timely data entry of trims and fabric in the Oracle system, as per the Time & Action Plan
Coordinate with the customer and strongly follow up on LC opening
Participate in the daily meeting and discuss the current day targets and review the targets of the previous day
Assist the immediate supervisor in preparing the audit review and analysis report
Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the department
