Job Description

Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company

·       Schedule follow-up interviews.

·       Keep and maintain sheet of upcoming new joiners

·       Maintain and manage employee master record sheet.

·       Handles all correspondence regarding Employees Bank Accounts and Salary Disbursements in the Bank Accounts.

·       Manage & Organize all organizational events, lunches, meetings etc.

·       On-boarding & Orienting new employees on policies and procedures.

·       Issue all employment, contract documents & final settlement of all leavers.

·       Handling employees’ conflicts & queries.

·       Develop SOP's for improvement.

·       Preparing employment contracts and maintaining relevant documentation

·       Managing /updating the personal files of employees with all relevant documents.

·       Responsible for managing and updating monthly overtime.

·       Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

·       Mess Management.

·       Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data

·       Maintaining department records and reports

·       Preparing salary slips.

·       Multitasking.

·       Analytical Skills.

·       Leadership.

·       Future Planning

·       All other responsibilities assigned by Team Lead.
