Responsibilities:
1. Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
2. Assist in building and maintaining the product backlog, by planning and prioritizing product features
3. Act as a primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams
4. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
5. Ensure that the Product backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value
6. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
7. Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
8. Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
9. Participate in sprint planning meetings and exercising availability to provide advice, clarification & guidance of each sprint, working alongside engineering teams
10. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
11. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
12. Validate results with client, to achieve the stated release goals
13. Demonstrate an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes
14. Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Requirements:
1. At least 4-6 years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner
2. Business Analyst role experience in IT based company with cutting edge technologies utilizing Scrum/Kanban will be a plus

9. Experience JIRA and Confluence user
Education:
1. Bachelor`s degree, or greater in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration

2. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO-I or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP)
