JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
2. 2 - 3 years of experience in business process documentation, design, and analysis; business process workflow preferable (additional experience in lieu of degree would be considered)
3. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and schedule and meet deadlines
4. Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
5. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, thinking out of box, finding easy solutions of complex problems and ability to present the idea (both written and verbal)skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
6. Proven ability to work with users, offshore business team, and developers to define and document solutions to business requirements
7. Proven experience of UML modelling, and the development of use case documents and other UML diagrams
8. Proven ability to understand IT projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives and business processes, and the ability to effectively present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences
SKILLS SET:
1. Skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Dynamics tools will be handy.
2. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
3. Proven ability to interact with various levels of an organization
4. Excellent facilitation, training and presentation skills
5. Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
6. Excellent documentation skills -Hands-on with MS office or gsuite etc
7. Technical skills and understanding of business processes
8. Confidence in sharing ideas
9. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
