• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on a newly developed website
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including.
  • Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, Twitter profile, etc.).
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, be sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
  • Analyze key metrics and modify strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

Education & Skills Requirement

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in traditional marketing. Marketing degree would be plus but not mandatory in case of relevant work experience.
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
