Responsibilities
- Inbound lead generation and sales closing.
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Coordinate with supply chain to make sure the desired product reaches the right customer specially during peak hours.
- Inform customers about special discounts and offers
- Maintain a proper sales reporting sheet and share daily sales with the manager.
Skills:
- Familiarity with Tidio, Zendesk or Crispchat would be a plus
