Cozmetika Clinics is seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Staff member with 0 to 1 year of experience to support and assist in delivering aesthetic and dermatological treatments. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure a comfortable and safe experience while supporting various procedures including HydraFacial and laser treatments. The ideal candidate has a medical or healthcare background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain clinic hygiene and safety protocols. The Aesthetic Staff member is responsible for preparing treatment rooms, handling equipment, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. This role requires hands-on assistance during procedures and requires basic computer skills to manage appointments efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist in aesthetic procedures including HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other clinic services following established protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient appointments while adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Manage and sterilize aesthetic instruments and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Support patient handling with empathy and effective communication to provide a reassuring experience throughout treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including treatment documentation and appointment schedules.
  • Operate basic computer software for appointment booking, record keeping, and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-treatment instructions, post-treatment care, and answer any queries professionally.
  • Assist in inventory checks and notify supervisors when supplies or equipment require replenishment or maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all daily activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative clinic environment by assisting colleagues and adapting to the dynamic needs of the clinic.
