The Business Analyst shall work as a liaison between the domain experts and Development Team; elicit and document requirements; drive delivery of solutions to meet the company’s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with the business team/stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Documenting business requirements and developing process flows through means such as functional requirements specifications, use cases, and user interface mockups
  • Developing requirements specifications that are comprehensive in coverage and understandable by both business and technical audiences
  • Developing software requirements specifications on the basis of business requirement documents for developers
  • Working directly with the developers to turn the business requirements into technical requirements
  • Testing and verification of the implemented requirements, either directly or working with the QA team
  • Train system users on new functionalities
