 Gaditek is sourcing for Affiliate Program Manager, detailed job responsibilities are as under:

Responsibilities:

  • Direct partner management: Day to day management and development of direct affiliates.
  • Strategy: Develop company affiliate strategy to optimize transaction and contribution growth.
  • Performance analysis and reporting.
  • Conversion Optimization activity: perform regular test (creative's, promo codes, Commission Structures, landing pages etc.) and monitor/report on results.
  • Budget management, transaction and efficiency targets. Improvise Payout procedures and pay Commission on timely manner.
  • Tracking implantation: Ensure correct tacking is in place for all relevant activity to facilitate reporting and decision making.
  • Communicate News, Campaigns and PR among affiliates to assist Marketing team in its effective distribution in online channels.
  • Managing Key relationships with existing Top Affiliates to improvise brand ranking on review sites
  • Engage Dry Affiliates from existing Affiliate Database to bring conversions.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing affiliates, Digital Marketing, Sales Landscape
  • Strong analytical experience with ability to deliver insights
  • Strong strategic and commercial mind set
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in a Marketing / Partnerships role
  • Commercially astute and proven focus on achievement of ROI
