- Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets;
- Should be comfortable in client interaction;
- Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company;
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites;
- Candidate should know to write proposals for projects;
- Generating business through online freelancing portal likes Upwork.
- Selling digital Services online through Upwork & Linkedin etc.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Maintain existing business
- Proactively initiate and generate leads
- Screen all sales leads for accreditation eligibility
- Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
- Working on weekly and monthly leads targets and KPI’s.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate;
- Patience and concentration;
- High level of attention to detail;
- A good sense of timing and visual awareness;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
