Creaticks INC. is looking for fresh or experienced Sales Support executive for Sales and Support Department. Candidate must have excellent English communication skills. We offer attractive salary packages with excellent commissions and bonuses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Answer telephone / Social media / Live chats /Emails inquiries on products, and services.
- Proofreading written content as per directions/guidelines
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
Candidate should be able to work in Night Shift.
Work Shift: It is a permanent night shift role (8PM-6AM or 10PM-8AM).
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Skills & Abilities: Individual having the Ability to read, writes, and speaks English fluently with good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.
