Creative Art is seeking a skilled and creative Experienced Video Editor to join our growing team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects. The ideal candidate possesses a solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, engaging edits, and has a keen eye for timing, transitions, subtitles, and music usage. Working closely with our creative team, you will contribute to various projects that demand professionalism, good communication, and a strong work ethic while adhering to deadlines. This position requires a portfolio demonstrating proven video editing experience and is not suitable for complete beginners.
As part of the role, you will collaborate within a team environment, contributing your creative mindset and attention to detail. The role offers an opportunity to build your skills and work on real creative projects, supporting the team in delivering high-quality video content tailored for different platforms, including social media. While managing a team is not part of this position, you will play an essential role in helping Creative Art maintain its reputation for producing engaging and visually compelling video content that aligns with clients needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high-quality output that meets project requirements and deadlines.
- Create and enhance visual effects and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to complement storytelling and improve engagement.
- Apply professional storytelling techniques to maintain proper pacing and flow in video projects to captivate the audience.
- Incorporate seamless transitions, subtitles, and appropriate music to enhance the viewing experience and support content messaging.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts and deliverables for various media platforms.
- Review and revise video edits based on feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- Maintain organized project files and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure easy accessibility for the team.
- Prepare final video products in formats suitable for social media and other distribution channels, optimizing for different platforms.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with team members and management to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Adhere to deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently to balance multiple projects as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new software features, and emerging editing techniques to continually enhance video quality.
- Contribute creative ideas and attention to detail throughout the production process to elevate overall content quality.
