Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals
- Manage the sales teams to deliver profitable growth
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Put in place systems to support the success of the sales function
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Develops strategies to generate cost effective sales leads.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Accurately and consistently forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have strong understanding of Digital media and technology solutions
- Must have experience in innovative lead generation techniques.
- Should have a track record of closing new local and international business
- Must have a track record of achieving sales targets
- Must possess a high level of commercial acumen and sound judgment skill in order to negotiate key contracts and liaise in a credible, influential way with clients
- Hands-on experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and sales presentations
- Should be well connected and have a good professional network of decision makers
- Strong analytic skills including the ability to do market research and analysis, detailed competitor and pricing analysis
- Be able to build strong, long-term working relationships
- Be able to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisions
- Be flexible and able to respond positively to change
- Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Self-motivated and capable of performing in high paced environment
