A Construction Company based in Islamabad is currently looking for fresh/experienced “Office assistant cum Admin officer” who is capable of handling the following duties and responsibilities:
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Managing filing system.
· Recording information of clients and inquiries and forward to concern department as needed.
· Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
· Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
· Organizing and scheduling meetings of Managing Director.
· Coordinating events as necessary.
· Aiding with client reception as needed.
· Calling to new clients for new products/marketing and maintain data of clients.
Ideal Candidate should be graduate / BBA, having 1 or 2 years’ experience in the same field. Having excellent communication skills. Ability to handle phone calls or inquiries in a nice manner. Ability to introduce the company and new products/plans to the new clients by phone calls in proper manners. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Handsome Salary package will be given as per skills and experience.
