A Construction Company is currently looking out for someone who is capable of handling the following duties and responsibilities:
1) supervision of our construction sites in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
2) Drawings preparing (Autocad,2D,3D), submitting and get approvals from authorities.
3) Architectural and Interior technical detailing.
4) Handled Projects for Interior Designing, furnishing of Residential Units, Commercial, hospitality and Industrial Offices etc.
5) Support the Interior Fit-out teams.
6) Establish and maintain Interior design/production standards and procedures
7) supervise/Maintain the standard and quality of material and construction work on sites.
8) coordinate with authorities, sub-contractors and other stake holders for obtaining required approvals, clearances and settle claims essential.
Ideal Candidate should have good communication skills as well as positive attitude, ability to do multiple tasks, good supervision skills.
