Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic to our website. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing social media posts, and managing all social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
Design and execute social media posts that align with the company's brand voice and image
Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to improve campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to design and create engaging content
Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive decisions
Experience managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
