Job Description

The Web Hosting Support Representative will support creativeON customers with shared-environment web hosting products via phone, email, and chat. It includes assisting customers with their domains, email, billing, and account management. Web Hosting Support Representatives also sell related products and services based on customer needs.

We encouraged you to apply if

  • You have a web-related technical background (website development, WordPress developer, PHP coders, etc.)  
  • You have been managing their own WordPress or website, and have been maintaining/ troubleshooting it yourself.

We will provide all the necessary training. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the internet, domains, and Webhosting. 

Qualifications:

We are not looking for BS, MS, or any other particular degree. What we need is Candidates are

  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies in a changing environment
  • Should have excellent customer service skills.
  • Prior technical support and customer service experience (optional)
  • Basic understanding of how the internet works.
