We are looking for fresh & experienced Male/Female Telesales Agents for US based (inbound) Deregulated Energy Campaign (Electricity & Gas)Basic Salary : 25000 to 35000 PKR/Month Plus Following Benefits and perks
Daily Cash Bonus upon achieving given target. 500RS to 2000RS (All working days).
Weekly sales performance cash bonus upon achieving given targetS 2000RS to 10,000Rs (Every week)
Monthly total sales perfomance comissions .5000RS to 30,000 Rs
The potential Male/Female candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills.
•Experienced in USA Energy campaign will be offered special packages upto 100,000 RS/MONTH ***Night Shift 8pm to 5am (Monday to Friday)Note :- We require candidates who are willing to work in the night shift only.please do not apply if you seek day shift job.
Required Skills:
• Excellent English Listening,speaking and Communication is must.Principle
Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
• Responding to inbound sales inquiries over the phone .
• Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high sales conversion .
• The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the USA.
• The candidate MUST be sales driven , motivated and must able to achieve challenging sales targets.
• The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics.
• The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
• Fresh candidates can also apply. Those having good english communication skills (will get training, which would be a PROBATION period of 1 month)
