Key responsibilities and duties
- Supervise and control rope dyeing process to achieve required shades and consistency.
- Ensure precise shade matching and on time shipments as per customer requirements.
- Monitor machine efficiency, production output and quality standards.
- Optimize process, implement and maintain 5S and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality and production planning teams for smooth operations.
