Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate women empowerment programs and gender equality initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee and manage worker welfare and wellbeing activities ensuring employee needs and concerns are addressed appropriately.
- Handle employee grievances confidentially and resolve them in a timely and effective manner according to company protocols.
- Implement and monitor disciplinary procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Train staff on social compliance requirements, ethical standards, company code of conduct, and related policies to foster awareness and adherence.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to identify risks and develop corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance practices are consistently applied across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to compliance and employee welfare.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance activities and worker welfare programs for senior management review.
- Advise management on compliance matters, risk mitigation strategies, and opportunities to enhance ethical standards within the company.
