The Crescent Group is looking for a full-time Supervisor at their head office.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Manager Operations.
- Direct oversight for operational and maintenance decisions
- Staff and contractor deployment
- Assigning and scheduling work
- Resource leveling
- Team building among assigned workforce
- Work collaboratively with the Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to ensure successful completion of preventative maintenance work such as electric, plumbing and air conditioning
- Operate within assigned budget
Requirements:
- Technical School diploma or equivalent is required
- 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
