Supervise the team of lower administrative staff and ensure that they are available for the tasks assigned and access their work performance by regular meetings and close supervision.

Assist Management in the implementation of admin policies and procedures.

Responsible for supervision of transport management including files management, registration cases, transfer cases, entry permits, route permits and physical fitness for commercial vehicles, log books checking & timely repair / maintenance.

Responsible for the events management (indoor and outdoor) and ensure that all administrative functions must be in line as & when required.

Managing security of office premises through security guards and by following standing operating procedures.

Supervise and maintain the kitchen operations through housekeeping in charge and ensure that all required items are available and in working conditions all the times.

Responsible for the facilities management, which includes building repair / maintenance, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, generator, UPS, sewerage, submersible pumps, water motors etc.

Provide support to regarding vendors and contracts management.

Supervise the administrative inventories and make sure it should be updated regularly and report deviations and problems.

Responsible for the administrative files management system and keep updating it with regular intervals e.g. vehicle files, contracts files etc.

 Provide support to HR Officer in visiting EOBI, LWF and EOBI offices.

Responsible for stationery inventory management. It includes keep record of purchased items, its outflow and send the required items list for approval every month.

Maintaining close liaison with IESCO, PTCL, Internet Service Provider, Police etc and resolve the conflicts as & when arises.

Responsible for the boarding and lodging of guests and staff members.

Supervise the local procurements and ensure that all procurement must be done as per the requirements and at the lowest prevailing market rates in liaison with the intender.

Supervise day to day petty administrative expenses and then submit its report.
