Create and maintain effective & efficient import, logistics & procurement policies & procedures for the smooth business operation
- To ensure safety of Logistics data.
Timely & cost effective movements of goods from Port to Port and Port to final destination.
- Receive and process P.R Correspondence with International Vendors for order processing and shipments.
- Float International queries with existing vendors and sourcing new vendors for competitive quality and prices.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Responsible to Handle Bonded Warehouse affairs.
- Responsible to supervise ERP System
- Maintain records for Customs and EIF purposes in accordance with company procedures and for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
- Logistics planning of materials to reach destination sites within Pakistan. Transportation mode negotiation and arrangements ensuring in time delivery of goods.
