Web Developer is skilled at developing cutting edge web based applications using the components of net programming. The role requires the design, development and implementation of applications which provide solutions to business problems. The role involves supporting the development of CRI customized web based applications from initial specification to final release to users and stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance as may be required.
- Determining the approach to be utilized in a project development & implementation.
- Understanding of the product from both functional and technical perspective.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Application of information technology to business and hence the relevance of and need for information security.
- Understanding of the implementation methodologies for the technology being utilized in product development.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Participating in all phases of web based application development especially on application GUI, Middle Tier, Services Databases, Application & data security and unit testing.
- Participating in every aspect of the development and implementation, working with relevant manager to ensure full understanding of the change implications to business processes.
- Integration of user-facing elements with front-end.
- Designing and building deliverables according to specifications, escalates technical design or specification issues to relevant manager and works within a given time frame to complete coding.
- Following best development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development.
- Defining timelines of project and making of documentation.
- Testing and debugging of developed application, Testing of queries in MySQL Server, test design on deferent browsers, process testing.
- Deployment of application, uploading files with ftp protocols, import database on live server, live server testing on JavaScript and PHP Code.
