A well-known fashion brand is looking for a customer care representative. following are the duties that they would be fulfilling 

  • Handling social media inquiries 
  • stayi9ng in touch with the production team to solve customer complaints 
  • staying in contact with the customers during the launch period 
  • Handling tcs and DHL orders 
  • Staying up to date with the accounts department for payment clearances 
  • Payment follow-ups with third party insurances

Timings: 10am-6pm
