- Book functions by convincing walk in customers for any event they are interested in hosting.
- Follow up on booking inquiries by calling customers after visit.
- Managing functions by ensuring demands of parties are fulfilled, the waiter staff is compliant and well behaved and food quality is ensured.
- Filling functions Detail boards in each hall night before the function.
- Placing orders to venders.
- Reminding booked clients to clear up dues before event.
- Making bills and billing customers at the end of each function.
- Making payments to vendors post the function closing.
- Following the rules and making other members of the staff abide by them.
- Taking daily attendance of the staff.
- Keeping a check on maintainence and ensure everything is comissioned and upto the mark.
- Market purchase jobs for items required.
- Keep a quality and quantity check on the purchase by store keeper. Ensure actual quantities match the purchased items.
- Keep a strong check on waiters that they are well dressed and groomed for the events.
- Assigning Chores to the staff.
