Crunchpress is looking to hire male and female Call Center Agents to make sales / outbound calls for their USA based Web Development and S.E.O business.
Working as part of a busy customer service team, this is a great opportunity to utilize your customer service skills within a friendly and professional call center environment. You will mainly be making outbound calls relating to Web Development and SEO. You will be required to make calls and answer queries via calls and emails. You will also be asked to provide support to the customers and customer service team. If successful in the role, you will receive a good basic salary along with excellent benefits including 5% Commission on each sale and a bonus.
You will receive a comprehensive training and know how about web and SEO script on how to sell. After you are hired a training session will take place and after 3 months’ probation period you will be a given a permanent job letter.

- Forward on escalated calls in the correct manner
- Maintain and develop knowledge of web, and SEO

- Provide support to all customers
- Support team members during busy periods
Clients
- Answer the phones calls and respond to members queries to set service standards
- Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all clients’ needs and to promote Gadook.com
- Communicate with members via calls and emails
- Make outbound calls
Financial
- Hit individual and team targets
- Ensure timely completion of timesheets
