We are seeking a qualified Accountant. This is an important supportive role, keeping our company financial outlook bright with precision and proactive measures.
- Preparation all type of Vouchers and then posting in computerized accounting software.
- Handling general ledgers and trial balance.
- Month wise profit and loss accounts prepared and reported to higher management.
- Prepared bank reconciliation statements and reviewed financial data on regular bases for different rectifications and internal control purpose.
- Managed deduction and deposits of Withholding Tax along with reporting of FBR.
- efficiently and accurately managed accounts receivable (credit sales), Accounts Payable, activities including performing detailed data entry, auditing invoices for discrepancies, facilitating collections of outstanding receivables.
- Corresponded to parties on financial issues, Tax related activities, EOBI and Social Security matter.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager when needed.
