Responsible for the financial health of a company . The key responsibilities of Financial Manager will be as under;
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
- Review financial data and prepares Daily, Monthly, Weekly and Annual Reports including but not limited to Cash & Bank Reconciliation Reports, Financial Reports, P&L Report, Variance Analysis Report etc.
- Liaise with all regulatory bodies such as SECP, PSEB, FBR, EOBI to ensure regulatory compliance etc.
- Coordinates with FBR for the submission of Withholding Tax and also ensures timely submission of Tax Returns.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Prepares payments by Verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
