We provide end to end customer support for one of the fastest growing MVNOs in the US. Our customers reach out to us regularly via emails, calls, support forums. Our product has been recognized as the most intituative one in the US today and is far reaching across the nation.

Our primary goal is to maximize the value we provide to our customers, with revenue being secondary. Our belief is that a value driven organization is required for a long term growth strategy rather than being revenue driven. To meet the goals for customer satisfaction, we need a Customer Success Manager who has immaculate writing and effective communication.

So, if you're tired of making sales pitches and trying to convince customers to sign up for that 14 day trial, now is the time to change your job. We offer a lucrative salary package as well as a comfortable environment. Just so we're clear, this is NOT a sales oriented job. It DOES have rotational shifts between Evenings and Nights.  Also, it helps a lot of you're a little tech savvy and familiar with how operating systems for cellular/mobile devices work.
