To meet the goals for customer satisfaction, we need Customer Success Managers who have immaculate communication skills with a zest of providing out of the box solutions. You need to be decisive and focused on learning, this job comes with a very vertical learning curve.
So, if you're tired of making sales pitches and trying to convince customers to sign up for that 14 day trial, now is the time to change your job. We offer a lucrative salary package as well as a comfortable environment. Just so we're clear, this is NOT a sales oriented job. It DOES have rotational shifts between Evenings and Nights. Also, it helps a lot of you're a little tech savvy and familiar with how operating systems for cellular/mobile devices work. Should have the ability to work in shifts between 6 PM to 2 AM and 2AM to 10 AM.
