Cube Healthcare Systems is seeking a skilled Sr. Software Engineer with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Web API development, capable of contributing to enterprise-level applications and backend services. This role demands a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. The Sr. Software Engineer will collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Business teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of projects.
The successful applicant should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective debugging skills, and a commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to SOLID principles. Experience in requirement analysis, user acceptance testing support, and troubleshooting production issues is mandatory. Knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and optimization will augment your contributions to system performance and reliability. While this position does not involve managing a team, mentoring junior developers and participating in code review processes are important aspects of the role. Exposure to Azure or other cloud technologies, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices will be advantageous. Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) domains is also beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications and backend services using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Web API frameworks.
- Participate actively in the full Software Development Life Cycle, from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project delivery effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing phases and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Integrate APIs and ensure system interoperability between diverse software components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to SOLID principles and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, and software architecture.
- Utilize debugging and analytical skills to resolve complex software defects and bottlenecks.
- Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps initiatives to streamline development workflows.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in cloud computing environments such as Azure.
- Leverage experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management domains to contribute domain-specific knowledge to software solutions.
