Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement fiber deployment in specified areas of Karachi (Buried & Air both).
2. Ensure Quality of Services (QOS/QC), complete checking/testing, maintenance and troubleshooting - 24x7.
3. Power Testing, Jointing & Splicing of Fiber Optics. Training new staff for installation and configuration of ONT.
4. Managing and leading Installation teams of GPON.
5. Conduct connection survey for Main Route, Hand holes and Manholes designing of GPON.
6. Provide Technical support for planning of fiber allocation, duct design (PVC) and Route design.
7. FTTH/GPON Network Planning, Estimation, Route Selection, OSP Planning, Fiber Management, Fiber link power Budgeting, ONU, OLT Services.
Requirements:
• Minimum 05 years of management/supervision experience in O&M function of a reputed FTTx company.
• Should have handled surveys, designing, deployment and installations.
• Well versed with field/technical operations – technically & administratively.
• Rich knowledge of Feeder Service Area Design (FSA), Distribution Service Area Design (DSA) and Customer Service Area Design (CSA)
• Can deliver under tight timelines and work pressure.
