- Install service, upgrade, maintain and manage all aspects of the digital and analog headend.
- Perform installation and maintenance of satellite receivers, modulators, demodulators, scrambler/encoders and related CATV headend equipment.
- Maintain all signal sources: satellite, broadcast TV antenna systems and other feeds.
- Operate various RF, video and optical test equipment; spectrum analyzer, RF signal level meter, waveform monitor, optical TDR, optical power meter, MPEG Analyzer.
- Install equipment and software for in-house channels, content availability, programming and scheduling.
- Performs all duties necessary to insure maximum operating efficiencies of the headend on a 24/7 basis and in a manner consistent with Company’s policies, procedures, quality standards and all applicable government regulations.
Team Building: Plan, recruit and retain right quality of human resource. Manage the headend team to ensure all measures are taken to avoid service outages through proper planning and effective preventive maintenance plan
