Job Description:

  • Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games.
  • Responsible for crafting new game concepts.
  • Responsible for designing the proper mechanics, theme, and flow of the game.
  • Consider, plan and detail every element of a new game including the setting, rules, story flow, props, vehicles, character interface and modes of play
  • Pitching new game ideas to executives and users.
  • Managing multiple teams and projects.
  • Prototyping new games.
  • Conduct market research to understand what your target audience wants
  • Work collaboratively with others, including game developers, artists and programmers, to produce a prototype
  • Monitoring work and cash flows.
  • Developing design and gaming protocols.
  • Doing quality control.
  • Work alone or within a larger team overseen by a lead designer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Designing, Arts, Computer science, software engineering or relevant field.
  • Portfolio of sample projects
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry.
  • Be creative, imaginative and original
  • Understand the market and target audience for Mobile games
  • Have problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to come up with fresh ideas rather than copying from other sources
  • Strong command on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premier
  • Should be punctual and motivated to work hard
  • Create unique and addictive game UI design
