Cultural Fusion is a fast-growing brand specializing in premium stitched and unstitched apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team and help create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, reels covers, stories, and ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create website banners, promotional graphics, and email marketing visuals.
- Design packaging, tags, labels, flyers, standees, and other branding materials.
- Edit product images and lifestyle photos for e-commerce use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and launches.
- Ensure all designs align with Cultural Fusion's brand identity.
- Stay updated with current design and fashion trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, and e-commerce creatives.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality illustrations, vector graphics, and photo retouching ensuring visual consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create visuals that align with promotional objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Apply color correction and photo retouching techniques to enhance the visual appeal of images used in marketing materials.
- Assist in the creation of video content by performing basic video editing for social media platforms such as reels and TikTok.
- Leverage AI design tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and efficiency in design processes.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Provide design support for social media marketing campaigns, including creating Meta Ads creatives.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to ensure easy retrieval and version control.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas that enhance the overall visual presentation and brand image.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and adjust designs while maintaining artistic integrity.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Use CorelDRAW and Canva when appropriate to complement Adobe tools for varied design needs.
- Support other creative projects and tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the team’s success.
