Cultural Fusion is a growing fashion brand offering premium stitched and unstitched apparel. We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail store team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays, racks, and store cleanliness.
- Assist customers with sizes, product details, and styling suggestions.
- Support billing, packing, and inventory management when required.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with store management regarding stock requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and provide personalized fashion advice, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert walk-in customers into successful sales ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems accurately for processing transactions and handling cash safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, performing regular stock checks, and coordinating with inventory management systems to ensure availability of products.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment to attract customers and support product sales.
- Stay informed of the latest fashion trends, fabric types, and sizing to provide informed recommendations and build customer trust.
- Demonstrate professional behavior by presenting a confident, well-groomed, and approachable appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the store’s sales objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional and marketing activities within the store to boost sales and enhance brand presence.
