Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of the finance team, Finance Manager job description should include, but not be limited to:

Manage monthly staff payroll, calculate tax deductions and prepare bank payment file.
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
Predicting future financial trends.
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
Analyzing market trends and competitors.
Prepare FBR tax challans for withholding taxes on salaries, goods and services.
Deal with one off staff requests e.g. issuance of pay slips, annual tax certificates, bank letters, reference letters etc.
Maintain petty cash records and assist with internal accounts.

Qualification:

MBA-Finance / ACCA candidates
Requires a minimum of 3 years related experience to include at least 1 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Public accounting experience preferred.
