Career Opportunity – Senior Legal Associate
CureMD is seeking an experienced, dynamic and hardworking senior attorney, with preferably US / UK law degree and American legal system exposure to join our in-house law practice team.
As a part of our team, you will work closely with our geographically diverse teams across Pakistan, US and Europe, actively participate in a wide variety of areas, including corporate, civil, employment and IP laws, and will be involved in various transactional matters, data protection regulations (HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA) as well as active litigation in the US.
- Applicant must have at least 5 years’ of similar experience, be exceptional in research, drafting, contract vetting and have hands-on experience with litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Lawyers with experience in dealing with U.S. laws / court system and current U.S. bar membership are encouraged to apply.
- Our legal teams observe U.S. office hours (6PM to 3AM PST M-F) to work with our extended team in New York in additional to numerous high profile American law firms.
