Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely technical support for end-users for both hardware and software related problems
- Prioritize incoming support requests, investigate, escalate as necessary, and provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution in appropriate manner
- Monitor and maintain the company’s issue tracking system and ensure proper support resources are provisioned
- Effectively work and communicate with other IT staff to resolve complex requests and all unresolved escalated work orders
- Maintain, troubleshoot and support the day-to-day operations of our computer network by monitoring system performance and configuration
- Continuously seek and provide feedback regarding current IT process & identify areas for improvement
- Must be a good troubleshooter, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to thrive and help foster a positive team environment
- Hardware procurement and maintain asset inventory through software portal
