Technical writers at CureMD communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately; without relying on jargon. CureMD’s technical writers are responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for busy healthcare professionals across the US.
Technical writers play a big part at CureMD. They are a key link between external users and the engineering team, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the CureMD ecosystem. As a technical writer, your role involves tasks such as generating high quality content, release notes, internal and external communication, presentations, and conceptual story boards (for videos and applications).

Responsibilities:
- Language review of the technical documentation for the engineering team.
- Clearly differentiate between the documentation for technical and non-technical users.
- Create, update, and review content for the CureMD knowledge base (CureWiki)
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain deep understanding of the client work flows, requirements and application features.
- Produce easy-to-understand user guides, getting started guides, training manuals, online help, video scripts and other material as required.
- Plan and schedule documentation delivery within tight deadlines.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer or social sciences, engineering or business.
- Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
- Ability to write clearly to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
- O/A levels background will be preferred.
- Functional knowledge of the MS Productivity Suite.
- Experience in content management systems.
- Understanding for Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) like “Walk Me”.
